Notice to upgrade license from Mulan PSL v1 to v2
Now openEuler community uses Mulan PSL v1.
At the Board meeting of February 14, 2020, the Board of the Open Source Initiative approved the Mulan PSL License v2. You can find the email http://lists.opensource.org/pipermail/license-review_lists.opensource.org/2020-February/004695.html
As Mulan PSL v2 is approved by OSI, openEuler community would like to update Mulan PSL from v1 to v2.
Your opinion matters
All openEuler community members' opinion matters, thus this notice is published.
If you have different opinion on this, please send email to community@openeuler.org by March 19th, 2020.
The license updating will not be valid until March 19th, 2020.
